Skip Bennett aims to revive a lost aquaculture

For a few years in the 1950s, Duxbury Bay was home to a thriving scallop industry. Then, just like that, it was gone.

Now, Skip Bennett wants to bring them back. On Oct. 19, he donated 50,000 scallop seeds to the town in the hope of restoring them  to the bay. He plans on doing the same in Plymouth Bay.
