Reader’s View: A better way to build a sidewalk


I would suggest an inexpensive solution to having the walkway constructed would be to stake out the east side every 20-30 feet along the edge. Then if the road is to be 25-30 feet wide, taking measurements from each of the east side stakes, measure the 25 to 30 foot to the west side and insert corresponding stakes.
