Planning director explains seawall project funding needs

Replacing the Duxbury Beach seawall will cost approximately $28 million and will take two and a half years from initial permitting to completion, said the town’s Planning Director this week.

At a meeting Monday at Town Hall, Duxbury Planning Director Chris Ryan gave the Selectboard an update on the seawall project, including the scope, the budget and timeline estimates.
