Girls soccer knocks off Westwood, Canton, falls to Oliver Ames

When the season began, members of the Duxbury girls soccer team were optimistic that this would be the year they got over the hump and made some noise in the tournament. 

This would be the year they proved to both themselves and the rest of the state that they belonged among Division 2’s elite.

They faced plenty of challenges along the way, from injuries to two captains to tough losses, but they stuck together and accomplished that goal.
