Boys outlast Eagles by 1 point; girls continue to build toward future

Both the Duxbury boys and girls cross-country teams battled in tough conditions last Tuesday at Plymouth North and displayed their potential for meets to come.

The boys grinded out a 27-28 win over the Eagles, as the Dragons’ depth paid dividends. Junior captain Jack Rubin (17.08), sophomore Connor Earle (18.04) and junior captain Griffin Ruttgers (18:21) led the way, and sophomores James Dillon and Jack Sousa also contributed.
