Clipper Ad/Graphic Designer

The Duxbury Clipper is seeking a part time crew member to join our team!

This position is for a graphic designer to lay out and design newspaper advertisements for our customers. Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop
are important. We use Macs
so familiarity there is also helpful. This is a part-time position with flexible hours which usually run about 15-20 hours a week. The work can be done in our office on Tremont Street (Cox Corner) or out of your home, or even a little bit of both. We’re flexible!

Food Service Manager – COA

The Town of Duxbury seeks experienced, qualified, Food Service Manager, full-time, benefit-eligible, located at the Council on Aging/Duxbury Senior Center. The FSM is responsible for planning, food & supply purchase, prepping & cooking of meals & overseeing employees and staff who assist in the food service operation.  Ensuring optimum quality of product & compliance with health, safety & sanitation requirements & codes.  Ensures proper sanitation practices in food preparations & cooking. Requirements, Associate’s degree with three to five (3-5) years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination. Serv-Safe Certification, Allergy Awareness, CPR, valid driver’s license. 37.5 hours per week, typically, M-F.  Able to lift up to 50lbs. Computer literate.
