Duxbury Free Library Laughter Yoga. 11:30 a.m.-noon. A 30-minute weekly drop-in Laughter Yoga group to meditate and laugh together without the use of jokes or props. Free to the public. DFL, Resource Room.

Crafternoon: Perler Beads. 3:30- 5:30 p.m. Suggested for grades 4 and 5, drop in and make something fun. DFL, Children’s Program Room.

‘A Plastic Ocean.’ 6:15 p.m. Introduction of documentary film, “A Plastic Ocean,” which begins at 6:30 p.m. Cooperatively sponsored by Sustainable Documentary and Duxbury Bay Maritime School. Discussion to follow film’s showing.

All Things Duxbury. 10 a.m.-3 p.m. A weekly informal discussion panel for people who love Duxbury history and want to share their knowledge with residents and visitors. Anyone can introduce a subject for discussion. DFL, Duxbury Room.

A Healthier You: Boost your immune system, reduce your stress. 10:30-11:30 a.m. Advance registration required. Certified energy medicine practitioner Nancy Denman will show participants techniques to reduce their stress and support their immune system. Wear comfortable clothes. Lego Stop Motion Workshop. 3-4 p.m. Registration required for this program open to third-graders and up. Learn the art of stop motion with Legos in this two-week class on Jan. 22 and 29.
