Voters fix zoning; oppose affordable housing changes
At Monday’s Town Meeting, voters affirmed the town’s long-held position that its residential zoning should only allow one single family house on a one acre lot, but rejected a plan to update zoning to allow affordable homes on smaller properties. Voters almost unanimously approved Article 15. The vote was 151-6, handily gathering the two-thirds vote it needed to pass.
