School budget shortfall funded
The budget gap facing Duxbury schools has been closed. Duxbury has covered the looming deficit of $369,000 in the proposed $34.68 million FY2018 budget, announced Superintendent Dr. Benedict Tantillo at the Feb. 1 School Committee meeting. Tantillo warned that the deficit problem will happen next year, too.
